// Branding and promotional assets for a fictious Optical Art exhition hosted at the Power House Museum
Taking inspiration from one of the 3 major pioneers of the art movement, female artist Bridget Riley, I utilised a monochromatic colour palette focusing primarily on shape and tonal values. Refrencing techniques from famous artworks by Riley such as Blaze(1964) and Movement in Squares(1961) I created a series of optical illusions to feature on posters and across other marketing assets.
Using geometric shapes and negative space to create a minimalistic design that still conveys depth and interest.
Th elogo mark can be maniupulated and mutliplied to make various designs such s the iris in the feature design on the exhibition brochure.
